Mango Peel Face Pack
Ingredients
- Dry and Powdered Mango Peel
- Gram Flour (Besan)
- Rose Water.
Dry the Mango Peels and then make a powder of them. Mix the Mango Peel Dry Powder with Besan And Rose Water, to make a paste. Apply the paste to your face and let it dry. Then, Wash it off with Water.
Fruit And Spinach Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ Banana (Chopped)
- 1 Slice Mango (Sliced)
- 1-2 Spinach Leaves
Take the chopped and sliced banana and Mango, Box them and then refrigerate for 8 hours. Once Frozen, add spinach leaves to it and Blend it till the mixture turns creamy. You can Garnish it with Pomegranate and Mango cubes and enjoy it.
Vegan Dessert
Ingredients
- Peanut Curd – ½cup raw peanuts soaked in water for 6 – 8 hours.
- ½Cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Jaggery Powder
- 1 Bowl Fruits (Mango, Pomegranate, Banana).

Kanchnar Guggul Drink for Thyroid Disorders

- Kanchnar Guggul Powder – 20gm
- Water – 4 Cups.
Put the 4 cups of water in a pan and add the guggul powder into it. Boil the water till it is reduced to 1 cup. Then, drink it immediately.
Spinach Raita
Ingredients
- Spinach (Clean and Cut into small pieces) – 50gm
- Curd – ½ Cup
- Dates (Seedless) – 4-5
- Water – 1 Cup.
Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Add a pinch of salt to it. Serve it after 15 minutes.
Super Immunity Juice
Ingredients
- Celery – 1 stick
- Pear – 1
- Apple – 1
- Spinach Leaves – A Handful.
Put the 4 cups of water in a pan and add the guggul powder into it. Boil the water till it is reduced to 1 cup. Then, drink it immediately.
Onion Soya Pancake
Ingredients
- Onion (Grated) – 1 small
- Soya Flour – 1 tablespoon
- Sooji – 1 tablespoon
- Green Chilly (Finely Chopped) – ¼ teaspoon
- Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped) – ¼ teaspoon
- Curd – ¼ tablespoon
- Salt
- Cooking Oil.
Mix all the ingredients together to form a thick batter. Add cooking oil to a non-stick pan and out the batter into it evenly. Cook it on both sides. Serve it with green chutney.
Cabbage & Orange Salad
Ingredients
- Cabbage (Washed and Shredded) – 1 Cup
- Grapes (Seedless) – 10
- Orange (Cut in half) – 1
- Black Pepper powder
- Salt
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well and serve it.
Purple Goodness
Ingredients
- Jamun (Deseeded) –8-10
- Mishri Powder – ½ teaspoon
- Roasted Zeera Powder – ½ teaspoon
- Cold Water – 1 Cup.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to form a thick juice and then Serve it.
Frozen Banana and Mint Leaves Smoothie
Ingredients
- Banana (Frozen) – 2
- Mint Leaves – Handful
- Lemon Juice – ½ Lemon
- Cold Water – 1 Cup
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them till you get a creamy texture. Enjoy it in Breakfast.
Masalaa Chaas
Ingredients
- Cucumber (Sliced) – 1 Cup
- Mint Leaves – Handful
- Curd – ½ Cup
- Water – 1 Cup
- Salt and Roasted Zeera to Taste.
Blend all of the ingredients and enjoy this refreshing chaas as a mid-morning drink or drink it half an hour after lunch.
Almond and Broccoli Soup
Ingredients
- Chopped Almonds – 1 teaspoon
- Broccoli (Tiny Florets) – ½ Cup
- Spinach Leaves – 4 to 5
- Milk – ¼ Cup
- Salt, Pepper, and Cinnamon to Taste.
First, steam spinach leaves and broccoli together. Add the boiled vegetables, almonds, seasoning, milk, and water to a blender and blend them well. Boil all of the mixture. Your soup is ready to enjoy.
Mausami and Pepper Salad
Ingredients
- Mausami – 1
- Chopped Red and Yellow Pepper – ½ Cup
- Sliced Cucumber – 1 Cup
- Torn Lettuce Leaves.
For Dressing:
- Rai Powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Pepper Powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Juice of Half Lemon
- Salt to Taste.
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and add all of the dressings. Mix them well and enjoy a healthy and delicious Lunch.

- Spinach Leaves – 5 to 6
- Apple – 1
- Roasted Zeera powder – ½ teaspoon
- Juice of Half Lemon
- Water – 1 Cup.
Add of the ingredients to a blender and blend them to a get a smooth and creamy texture. Enjoy the smoothie as a mid-morning or pre breakfast drink.
Chia Seed with Coconut Water
Ingredients
- Chia seeds (soaked in water for 10mins) – 1 teaspoon
- Coconut Water – 1 Glass
Add the soaked chia seeds into the glass of coconut water and enjoy this refreshing drink in mid-morning.
Beetroot Hummus with Vegetable Sticks
Ingredients
- Cucumber – 2
- Carrot – 2.
For Beetroot Hummus:
- Beetroot – 1
- Boiled Kabuli Chana – 1 Cup
- Garlic Cloves – 1 to 2
- Green Chilli – 1
- Sesame Seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Salt to Taste.
Grind all of the ingredients for the hummus together to get a delicious beetroot hummus. Then, cut the carrots and cucumbers into sticks and enjoy them with hummus, as a perfect and healthy lunch.
Moong Dal Paneer Tikki
Ingredients
- Cooked Yellow Moong Dal – ¼ Cup
- Crumbled Paneer – ¼ Cup
- Ragi Flour – 1/8 Cup
- Grated Onion – 1 small
- Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 1
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon
- Pinch of Turmeric powder
- Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, and Salt to Taste.
Mix of the ingredients together in a bowl, make small tikki’s of it. Add little oil to a pan, when it gets hot, add the tikkis’ and fry them till golden brown. Enjoy them with coriander leaves chutney and tea.
BesanKeLaddoo
Ingredients
- Roasted Chana Dal – ½ Cup
- Desiccated Coconut – ½ Cup
- Seedless Dates – ¼ Cup
- Dry Dates Powder – ¼ Cup
- Cardamom Powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Pista and Almonds – 10 to 12 Slivers of Each.
Grind the Chana dal coarsely and add cardamom powder, desiccated coconut, dry dates powder and dates to it. Mix them well to form a soft dough. Make Laddoo out of the dough and garnish them with pista and almonds.
Colourful Millet Salad
Ingredients
- Millets (Soaked for 6 hours) – 2 teaspoons
- Finely Chopped all Colours Bell Peppers – 1 Big Cup
- Chopped Fresh Coconut – 1 Small Cup
- Few Coriander Leaves
- Chopped Spring Onion – 1
- Salt, Lemon Juice, Pepper, and Zeera powder to Taste.
Cook soaked millets till eat grain appears separate. Add rest of the ingredients to it and enjoy a Delicious Salad at Home.
Raw Milk Cleanse
Dip a cotton wool in raw milk. Pat the cotton all over you face and neck, let it stay for half an hour. Then, wash it off with water.
Chironji Curd
Grind 1 teaspoon chironji and 1 tablespoon curd together to form a paste. Apply the paste all over your skin and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it off with water.
Almond Curd
Grind a few almonds and curd together to form a paste. Apply the paste on your face and neck and leave it for an hour. Then, wash it off with water.
Potato Peel Cleanse
Grate a small potato along with its peel to form a paste. Squeeze the paste to take out the juice and apply it on your face. Leave it for 20 minutes. Then, wash it off with water.
Cucumber Slice
Gently, Rub Cucumber slice on your face and neck for 5-7 minutes before taking a bath.
Multani Mitti
Take 1 teaspoon of Multani mitti (fuller’s earth) and add rose water to it to form a paste. Apply the paste on your face and neck and let it stay for 15 minutes. Then, wash it off with water.
